VUOKRAUSEHDOT 

- Tuotteita vuokrataan täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille ja yrityksille.

- Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron 25,5%.

- Huomioittehan, että tuotteet voivat olla käytettyjä, joten niissä voi näkyä käytön jälkiä.

- Vuokrauksen aikana tuotteisiin kohdistuneista vahingoista tulee ilmoittaa viimeistään palautuksen yhteydessä.

- Varausvahvistuksen yhteydessä lähetetään yhteenveto vuokrausehdoista. Luettehan ne huolellisesti läpi.

TUOTTEIDEN KÄYTTÖ

- Tuotteita käytetään vastuullisesti ja tarkoituksenmukaisesti.
 
- Tuotteen vahingoittuessa/rikkoutuessa asiakas on velvollinen korvaamaan tuotteen (joko ostohinta tai valmistuskustannukset).

- Tuotteita ei saa muuttaa, korjata tai koristella (telineen voi koristella kankailla tai kukilla yms., jotka eivät riko telineen pintaa).

- Tuotteet ovat sisäkäyttöön ellei toisin mainita.

TUOTTEIDEN NOUTO JA PALAUTUS

- Tuotteiden nouto ja palautus on joustavasti sovittavissa (vuokra-aika on pääsääntöisesti to–ma).

- Postitettavista tuotteista maksetaan 50€:n vakuusmaksu, joka sisältyy vuokraushintaan. Postitettavissa tuotteissa minimiveloitus on 50€. 

- Tuotteet noudetaan ja palautetaan Somistevuokraamo Amarian toimipisteestä, ellei toisin sovita. Somisteet voidaan myös kuljettaa max. 70 km:n säteelle Keuruulta. Tällöin kuljetusmaksu yhteen suuntaan on 10€ (tuonti ja haku on 20€).

- Palauta tuotteet samoin, kuten ne olivat vuokratessasi. Tuotteiden tulee olla pakattuina niihin käytettyihin pakkausmateriaaleihin.

- Tuotteet palautetaan aina puhtaina (tulee puhdistaa/pestä käsin miedolla astianpesuaineella) lukuun ottamatta lautas– ja pöytäliinoja.

- Tuotteiden palautuksen viivästymisestä laskutetaan uusi vuokrausajan hinta.

TUOTTEIDEN VARAUS JA MAKSU

- Huomioithan, että varaus tulee voimaan vasta erillisen varausvahvistuksen jälkeen.

- Varausvahvistuksen yhteydessä lähetetään vuokrausehdot, jotka asiakas on velvollinen lukemaan.

- Tuotteet laskutetaan noin viikon kuluttua vuokrauksesta. Laskutus tapahtuu Pivo Wallet Oy:n kautta.

- Noutamatta jätetyt tuotteet laskutetaan vuokrahinnan mukaan.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Products are rented to individuals over the age of 18 and to businesses.

- Prices include value-added tax 25,5%.

- Please note that products may be used, so there may be signs of wear.

- Any damages to the products during the rental period must be reported no later than upon return.

- A summary of the rental terms will be sent with the reservation confirmation. Please read them carefully.

USAGE OF PRODUCTS

Products must be used responsibly and appropriately.

If a product is damaged/broken, the customer is obligated to compensate for the product (either the purchase price or manufacturing costs).

Products may not be altered, repaired, or decorated (the stand can be decorated with fabrics, flowers, etc., as long as they do not damage the surface of the stand).

Products are for indoor use unless otherwise specified.

PICKUP AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS 

Pickup and return of products can be arranged flexibly (the rental period is generally Thursday to Monday).

For products that are shipped, a deposit of €50 is required, which is included in the rental price. The minimum charge for shipped products is €50.

Products are picked up and returned from Somistevuokraamo Amaria's location unless otherwise agreed. Items can also be delivered within a maximum radius of 70 km from Keuruu. In this case, the transportation fee one way is €10 (pickup and delivery is €20).

Please return the products in the same condition as they were rented. Products must be packed in the same packaging materials used.

Products must always be returned clean (they should be washed by hand with mild dish soap), except for plates and tablecloths.

A new rental fee will be charged for delayed returns.

  RESERVATION AND PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS

Please note that the reservation becomes effective only after a separate reservation confirmation.

The reservation confirmation will include the rental terms, which the customer is obligated to read.

Products will be invoiced approximately one week after the rental. Invoicing is done through Pivo Wallet Oy.

Products that are not picked up will be invoiced at the rental price.
